Technical information, capacities, images and system descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a contractual commitment or a guarantee of performance for any specific building.

Only a sizing study carried out by our technical department commits Daikool to a solution and its performance.

The Daikool logo, the degree symbol, text, photographs and documents on this website are the property of Daikool or its rights holders. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

The Daikin brand and logos are the property of Daikin Industries Ltd. and are used as part of our official partnership.

Quotes are valid for the period stated in them and cover the scope described. Prices are exclusive of taxes, transport costs and work by third parties, unless otherwise stated.

An order is confirmed upon signing the quotation and payment of the agreed deposit. The stated lead times depend on equipment availability and import procedures.

Daikool is not an MEP contractor. Our installations cover smaller projects and one-off service calls; on larger projects, we work as the air conditioning and refrigeration specialist alongside the contractor responsible for the MEP package.

Civil engineering, general electrical, plumbing and suspended ceiling works are not included unless expressly stated in the quotation.

The equipment supplied is genuine Daikin equipment, covered by the manufacturer's warranty under its stated terms and for its stated duration.

The warranty requires commissioning by our technicians and maintenance in accordance with our recommendations. It does not cover damage resulting from inadequate maintenance, modification by a third party, abnormal use or an unstable power supply.

Daikool shall not be held liable for website unavailability, typographical errors, or indirect damages such as loss of business.

Our liability for any service is limited to the amount charged for that service, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Information submitted through our contact and job application forms is used to respond to your enquiry and follow up on business opportunities. It is not sold or shared with third parties.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to info@daikoolafrica.com.

These terms are governed by Congolese law. In the absence of an amicable settlement, the competent courts of Kinshasa/Gombe shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
